On Tuesday,2nd October 2018 the Annual Secretary, Treasurer and Almoners Meeting took place within the Function Suite of Dumbarton Kilwinning Lodge No 18.

The Provincial Grand Master Bro James Forrest welcomed everyone to the meeting and after a meal introduced the speaker for the evening namely Bro Robert. W. Stewart, Provincial Grand Master Substitute of Ayrshire who gave an excellent lecture on "American Presidents and Retention of Candidates".

A question and answer session followed with all points raised being answered by Bro Stewart. A vote of thanks was given by Provincial Grand Master Depute Bro David. S. Irving after which the chairman was thanked by Past Provincial Grand Master Bro Thomas Kerr Leckenby  for his stewardship on the evening.
