“Over the past year the fundraising efforts of the master and brethren of Lodge Clydebank No 1234 were directed toward Breast Cancer and in particular the Breast Care Fund at Gartnavel General Hospital.

The amazing sum of £4381.50 was raised, this total being announced at the Lodge Christmas Dance where a number of attendees contributed significant amounts. The Master Bro Robert McCardle and his wife Moira later attended at the unit to present the cheque to staff. Bro McCardle has now been installed for a second term as Master and support for this cause will continue.
