This year's Brock Bowling competition was as usual held over several greens within the Province and we again thank the host clubs for their warm welcome and hospitality. Nice weather with only the odd cloud greeted the competitors all over the Province.

After a fine days bowling the result was as follows. Winners: Lodge Kilsyth St John No 39  Skip Paul Leslie 21 up. ( won 14 ends) Runners up - Lodge Ellangowan No 716. Skip Scott Douglas also 21 up (but won only 13 ends)

So our congratulations are extended to all at Lodge No 39. The competition trophies will be presented to the participants at a regular meeting at Kilsyth, at a date to be announced shortly. A vote of thanks is due to the organisers of the competition namely Bro James Dunbar PM and Bro David Donaldson PM both of Lodge St Patrick 1309 for the excellent organisation and attention to detail which helped to make the day such a success.
