On Friday 18th May the PGL Games Competition for 2012 was hosted by last year's winners Lodge Kilsyth St John No 39. Numbers were slightly down on last year with 6 teams taking part from 28, 39 (2 teams), 170, 384 and 716. The usual sports of Carpet Bowls, Pool, Darts and Dominoes were undertaken with eager enthusiasm by all participants and a good spirit of sportsmanship, with plenty of laughter, made for a great evening which eventually saw the team from 384 edge out 716 to win the trophy.

The Athole Lodge will be invited to host the 2013 Games Night and the thanks of PGL are extended to Lodge Kilsyth St John No 39 for excellent hospitality including a wonderful pot of curry which was enjoyed by all ! Some photographs of this year's participants are shown below:
