Claude Hamilton Golf Competition 2011

The PGL are indebted to Bros. Bill Cairns and Jim Anderson, both PM's of 147, who once again arranged for the PGL golf competition to be held at the superbly presented and most hospitable Douglas Park Golf Course in Milngavie on Wednesday 1st June. A total of 35 golfers took to the tee in the summer sun to compete for the honours on offer. The course proved to be a very good challenge to the competitors as the weather changed to more blustery and wet conditions. Despite the changing weather conditions some very good scores were posted and the overall average from last year was significantly lower.
