The Annual BBQ at Marcus Humphrey House Masonic Home at Bridge of Weir on Sunday 7th June 2009 was great fun and enjoyed by the residents and their families. The Friends Group put in a lot of effort to make sure the afternoon went well with a scrumptious BBQ and a very interesting and enjoyable entertainment programme, the weather was also splendid.

PGL Almoner Duncan Evans was on hand to serve refreshments and the PGM Tom Leckenby was there to join in the fun.

A special mention must go to Robert McPherson, Master of Lodge Clydebank No.1234 for his services as disc jockey supported by Buddy Holly, Elton John, Stevie Wonder and of course Elvis!

The raffle raised £411 and 85 MHH pens were sold.

All the residents, relatives, staff and guests certainly had a fantastic time.
