On Thursday,18th February 2016 a deputation from the PGL of Dunbartonshire headed by Provincial Grand Master Depute Bro James Forrest attended Lodge St Modan No 1015 to carry out the Annual Visitation.p>

The business having been satisfactorily concluded the RWM Bro Gordon.R.Niven. thereafter requested that P.M. Ian Ross Douglas be presented to the brethren assembled. The R.W.M. then outlined the masonic service given by Bro Douglas to the lodge and indeed to various other orders particularly pointing out that Bro Douglas had been the first lodge initiate to subsequently become master.

Together with Bro Forrest he then presented Bro Douglas with a Jubilee Certificate. Bro Douglas in his reply thanked everyone concerned and it completes a chain of membership of the lodge as his grandfather and father were also members of Lodge St Modan No 1015.
