On Thursday,15th January 2015 a deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Dunbartonshire headed by  Provincial Grand Master Depute Bro James Forrest attended Lodge Kyle Kildrum 1602 where Bro John McInally Cameron P.M. received the Honorary Grand Rank of Junior Deacon.

Bro Cameron was presented to the brethren and thereafter Bro Forrest outlined his masonic career commencing from his initiation in 1965 to the present day. Bro Forrest then presented Bro Cameron with his diploma and the Right Worshipful Master Bro William B. D. McGhee invested him with his Grand Lodge jewel. Bro Cameron then suitably replied and thanked all concerned for the honour bestowed upon him. Lodge Caledonian St John Royal Arch No 195 then carried out an excellent 2nd degree which added to a most enjoyable night at Lodge Kyle Kildrum.
