On Saturday,24th March 2018 Provincial Grand Master Bro James Forrest accompanied by Immediate Past Provincial Grand Master Bro John R McCormack and Provincial Grand Master Depute Bro David S Irving attended the Installation of Bro William C Steel as Provincial Grand Master of Ayrshire within the Walker Hall at Troon.

Some 300 brethren were in attendance and found the town of Troon bathed in sunshine.

A wonderful ceremonial carried out by the Grand Master Mason Bro Charles Iain R Wolrige Gordon of Esslemont was witnessed by all present after which the Brethren retired to the dining suite where they enjoyed a first class meal followed by a most impressive toast list.
